We offer three shipping methods for most regions:
Economy: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.
Standard: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
Express: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
All shipping options include Full Shipping Protection, covering loss, theft, or damage while the package is in transit.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@eternumclub.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to submit a claim.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Final shipping costs and available delivery methods will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Tracking numbers are issued once orders are shipped. Tracking information may take up to 72 business hours to appear or update in the carrier’s system.
External factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, and local carrier delays may affect delivery times. These circumstances are outside our control.
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Eternum Club is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or lost after delivery.
